My life so far has been a decent mix of challenges, hardships, responsibilities and achievements. Since the early stage of my life, I had to share, along with my parents, a beautiful responsibility of looking after my 7 years younger brother which very early in my life started planting a seed of maturity and independence in me. It has been a lovely experience growing up with this accountability throughout my life. Moving forward, life projected many other small challenges which I could overcome with my wise sense of judgement at that level. One major challenge that imparted great wisdom and provided immense learning was a recent experience in my life. I faced some health issues for around two months due to the lack of proper nutrition and a bit of anxiety (determination to make it through one of the best B-Schools in the country). It was an extremely struggling phase due to which my studies suffered and I went low on confidence and motivation. After recovering, I realized that health is our biggest asset which cannot be taken for granted and we ourselves are the foremost caretakers of it. The huge level of suffering that too because of an actual non-medical reason has made home into my mind and it still resides there. That was the day I tried to change my perception and attitude towards life a bit and to my wonders, things actually gradually started falling into place making my way ahead clear for exploring new opportunities which began with the first step of getting into IIFT.
